Rebate terms
Sponsor. This rebate is offered by Summer House Capital LLC, d/b/a Summer West Bourbon ("Summer West"), Denver, Colorado. Questions: noah@summerwestbourbon.com.
Offer. Receive $8 back on one (1) 750 mL bottle of Summer West Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Wheated or Single Barrel) purchased from a licensed retailer in the State of Colorado between November 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Employees of Summer West, employees and owners of any licensed alcohol beverage retailer or wholesaler, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.
How to claim. Within 30 days of purchase, complete the form on this page and upload a legible photo or scan of your original purchase receipt showing the retailer name, purchase date, and the Summer West item. Incomplete, illegible, altered or duplicate submissions will not be honored.
Limit. One (1) rebate per person, email address, household and receipt, regardless of the number of bottles purchased.
Payment. Approved rebates are paid by Summer West directly to the consumer by Venmo or PayPal, to the account identified on the form, within 14 days of approval. Summer West is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrectly entered account. This rebate may not be redeemed through, assigned to, or paid by any retailer. Retailers are not reimbursed by Summer West for this rebate.
General. Summer West may reject any submission it reasonably believes is fraudulent or does not comply with these terms, and may end or modify the offer at any time without notice. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer is intended only for consumers in Colorado and is not valid for purchases made in any other state. Personal information collected is used to process your rebate and, only if you opt in, to send you Summer West news. We never sell your information, and receipt images are deleted 90 days after the program ends. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
